Although here are many reasons for one to be thankful for a Dutch heritage, one of the best things about being Dutch is the food!

There is nothing like sitting down to a hot bowl of pea soup on a cold day or biting into the first oliebollen on New Year's Eve. Many of our traditions have special meals or foods associated with them and we are collecting them here.
